and child before committing suicide is up for sale. It is for sale at $1 million. A second home owned by the Benoit family
in the Atlanta area is selling for $399,000.

Dr. Phil Astin, who has been connected with allegedly prescribing heavy amounts of steroids to Chris Benoit, was
indicted on Thursday of 175 federal counts of illegal prescription abuse. This is additional charges apart from his July 2007
indictment on seven counts of prescription abuse.

The body of wrestler Chris
Benoit has been cremated, according to his father.
His dad, Michael said his son's organs were not harvested
for medical use. He said it's unfortunate, but Chris's organs weren't viable for donation.

Canadian pro wrestler Chris Benoit's body contained 10 times the normal level of testosterone, as well as the anti-anxiety
drug Xanax and the painkiller hydrocodone in his system when he killed his wife and young son last month and hanged himself
in the family's home, investigators said Tuesday. He tested negative for any alcohol
Benoit's wife, Nancy, tested positive for Xanax, hydrocodone and the painkiller hydromorphone.

The personal doctor of Chris Benoit was charged Monday with improperly dispensing painkillers and other drugs to patients
other than the pro wrestler from Canada.

Family doctor, Astin, prescribed testosterone for Benoit, a longtime friend,
in the past but has not said what, if any, medications he prescribed when Benoit visited his office June 22, the day authorities
believe Benoit killed his wife.
Astin was the supplier of various controlled
substances, including injectable anabolic steroids that were found in Benoit's home.
he prescribed a 10-month supply of anabolic steroids to Benoit every three to four weeks between May 2006 and May
2007.

bible beside each of them....No motive or note has been found.

paranoia, depression and explosive outbursts known as "roid rage."

Pharmacy and MedXLife.com, which sold steroids, human growth hormone and testosterone on the Internet.
Six people,
including two of the pharmacy’s owners, have pleaded guilty in the investigation, and 20 more have been arrested,
