of possession of a controlled substance, intent to distribute and a single count of conspiracy to traffic. All are felonies. The plea deal included dropping all other charged
against Hardy. Hardy was also given the okay to travel for his job with TNA.

Kurt Angle issued the following statement, following his arrest this weekend
for DWI:
“Recently, there has been a lot of attention related to the incident which occurred Saturday night
in Virginia. I was returning from an iMPACT Wrestling show in an unfamiliar place, late at night and was trying to find
the exit for my hotel.
"I did not believe my driving behavior was reckless or otherwise improper. Apparently
law enforcement may have believed otherwise and pulled me over. I fully cooperated with the officer who clearly recognized
me while performing his standard procedures. Subsequent to the stop, I was asked to submit to a breathalyzer test and passed.
I do not believe that I broke any laws and will be entering a plea of not guilty in response to any pending charges. I hope
that we can now focus on more important matters and move forward.”

Angle was arrested Saturday night by Virginia state troopers on a DWI charge, according to a report on TMZ. He was going home following a TNA
house show. Police
records show he posted $2,000 bond and was released this morning at 3:31 a.m. Angle is currently on probation relating to another DWI back in March that
came with a 10-day suspended jail sentence.
September 2, 2011 WWE's Santino Marella was involved in a car
accident Thursday in Toronto. WWE.com says that Marella was hit by another car, flipping his car to the side. He was able
to escape through the sunroof. He suffered only minor injuries but will take a week off to recover.

case involving an Alabama pharmacy accused of illegally distributing
steroids.
Documents filed for the sentencing case of pharmacist J. Michael
Bennett on Friday include seven orders that he signed or
initialized. Carwin, Angle and Holly were all named outright.

novelties online. Maria Kanellas was fired on last night’s Celebrity Apprentice. The former WWE Diva was fired for one of the lamest reasons
ever in the history of the show – she berated fellow participant chef Curtis Stone for being arrogant and he used the
bathroom in her dressing room.
During her stint on the show, Maria was 1-0 as a project manager, and raised $20,000
for her charity the Make A Wish Foundation.
