Nick Bollea (Hogan) was sentenced today to eight months in jail for his involvement in driving a car that resulted in his
friend, John Graziano, being injured.

He was also given five years of probation starting today with no alcohol during the full probation period. His license
was revoked until Nick turns 21.

Nick Hogan's driver's license was suspended for one year on Monday following the August 26th crash when his yellow Toyota
Supra veered out of control and slammed backwards into a palm tree on Court Street in Clearwater.
At the time of the crash, Nick was driving with a restricted license that only allowed him to drive during the day.

Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea was arrested today Reckless Driving Involving Serious Bodily Injury in Clearwater, Florida,
and turned himself in at the Pinellas County Jail. Bollea was involved in a high-speed crash in August that left his 22-year-old
friend, John Graziano III, critically injured. Police allege Bollea was racing his Toyota Supra against a Dodge Viper when
he lost control and crashed into a tree. Bollea has also been charged with:
Use of a motor vehicle in commission of a felony
A person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher
illegal window tint

In the first incident, on Sept. 17, 2006, Nick was pulled over for doing 115 mph in a 70 mph zone.
For his second offense, Hogan (real name Nicholas Allan Bollea) was clocked doing 57 in a 30.
And for his third bust, NICK was clocked doing 106 in a 70.

Police identified Bollea's passenger as 22-year-old John J. Graziano of Dunedin. He remained in critical condition Monday
at Bayfront Medical Center, a hospital spokeswoman said.

(AP) - The son of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan was seriously injured in a car crash Sunday night, police said.
A Toyota Supra driven by Nick Bollea was traveling at a high rate of speed at approximately 7:30 p.m., Clearwater Police
spokesman Wayne Shelor said. Bollea, which is Hogan's real name, lost control and hit a raised median. The car flipped around,
and the back end hit a palm tree.
"The car was destroyed," Shelor said.
Bollea and an unidentified male passenger were extricated from the car by paramedics, Shelor said. Then they were airlifted
to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. Their official conditions were not immediately available, but Shelor described
the injuries of both men as serious.
The crash occurred on State Route 60, a main drag through downtown Clearwater. The road had to be shut down in both directions
for several hours, Shelor said.
Alcohol is not believed to have played a part in the crash. The crash seems to have been caused by excessive speed, Shelor
said.
Bollea appears on the reality TV show "Hogan Knows Best" with his father, mother and sister.
