PWInsider.com is reporting that Steve Austin was backstage at
RAW telecast, which emanated from Anaheim. Austin lives in nearby Los Angeles, so was able to make the trip to the show.
Although it is not known if he was there for anything but a friendly visit, Austin did speak with Vince at the show. He
and Vince have kept in contact since he left the company earlier this year, but Austin has reportedly been focused on things
other than wrestling as of late.

WWE management has repeatedly told Eddie Guerrero that he is not to blame for the poor ratings and house show business
that plagued WWE during his SmackDown! title reign. Although he does not have to carry the burden of WWE champion, Eddie is
still dealing with some depression and morale issues. It is believed that Guerrero is feeling the stress-related effects of
working himself too hard.

ESPN analysts were quick to note that Lesnar left his WWE position due to all of the time spent on the road and the physical
injuries that hampered his in-ring career. "I liked the money, the experience, but I didn't like the pain" says
Lesnar. "I wish that I didn't take that path (professional wrestling),... but now I know that this (the NFL0, is the
path that I want to take."
John Heidenreich is still a bit green and appears lost in the ring. Many feel he is just not ready for the main roster yet.

Called Donna's Ride, in honor of Snow's sister who passed away from leukemia a few years ago, the fundraiser generated

Brock Lesnar Injured In Motorcycle Accident

Brock Lesnar was injured in a motorcycle accident yesterday as his bike collided with a minivan according to twincities.com.
Apparently Lesnar was taken to the hospital and stitched up and was released as glass had to be removed from his forehead.
His agent claims that it will not cost him anytime as he continues to tryout for NFL teams.

Reported yesterday (April 8, 2004) ....WWE would be cancelling Confidential. To update this story Spike TV is apparently
shaking up its schedule starting May 3rd. WWE Velocity will now be airing at 7 pm EST, where as WWE Sunday will air at 10
am Sundays. Car and Driver TV and Horsepower TV will be airing Saturdays 10-12 midnight EST Saturdays.

John Laurinaitis has been promoted to Vice President of Talent Relations. Jim Ross previously filled this role, however Ross
has now been moved to Executive Vice President, Business Strategies.
Ross will apparently be working close with Vince McMahon as "an advisor on WWE's core business, as well as new business

to JOHN BRADSHAW. Last SMACKDOWN...Eddie trashed BRADSHAW'S $1000.00 white cowboy hat. The trophy is in pieces. BRADSHAW

Chris Benoit teamed up with HBK on this past week's edition of Raw to face the World Tag Team Champs, Batista and Ric Flair.
Mr Bishoff's apprentice, Johnny" change his name" Nitro was special referee. After HBK pinned Flair, they were the
awarded the championships momentariy before Batista pointed out to Johnny that He was infact the legal man, and the match
continued. Only for HBK to get disqualified for hitting the official referee who in turn got a crossface for his troubles.
THE ROCK: In an interview with Howard Stern, The Rock maintains that he owns his wrestling/acting name and isn't sure he
will be returning to the ring when his contract runs out later this year.
Sean O'Haire has been notified that he will be released from his contract.

Three professional wrestlers and World Wrestling Entertainment are being sued in Maricopa County by flight attendants
who allege the wrestlers sexually harassed them aboard a chartered luxury airplane.
The suit, filed late Monday in Superior Court, accuses Ric "The Nature Boy" Flair, Scott "The Diamond Stud"
Hall and Dustin "Golddust" Rhodes of "extreme and outrageous" behavior on a return flight from Europe
aboard Phoenix-based SportsJet on May 5, 2002.

WWE.com has learned that former WWE Champion Kurt Angle has accepted the job as SmackDown! General Manager.
In replacing Paul Heyman, Kurt Angle's first order of business was to mold the SmackDown! roster to his liking. In an
attempt to do so, Angle has completed two trades with RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff.
The first trade sends F.B.I. member Chuck Palumbo and A-Train to RAW for the combination of the sexy Miss Jackie and Rico.
The second trade is a blockbuster three-for-one deal. RAW's Eric Bischoff has agreed to send the Dudley Boyz and Booker
T to SmackDown! in exchange for former World Heavyweight Champion Triple H. This announcement comes straight off the heels
of Triple H being chosen by SmackDown! in the draft lottery just 24 hours prior.
