NWA PRO EAST COMING TO RIDGEFIELD NJ 6.13!
The National Wrestling Alliance debuts in Ridgefield Park, N.J. on June 13, 2008
at The Knights of Columbus
The NWA, America's longest running and most famous pro wrestling companies,
comes to Ridgefield Park NJ. The show will be a TV taping for Time Warner cable
in the Bergen county area. Featured on the show will be former 4 time world
champion Sid Vicious. The 6 ft 10 inch 300 pounder is known as the man who rules
the world. Sid, who debuted for the NWA in Rhode Island to a sell out crowd of
2000 fans, is leaving a trail of bodies on his quest for the NWA Championship.
Also just signed for this big event is the return of New Jersey of former WWE,
WCW & ECW Superstar "The Roughneck" Mr. Hughes. Hughes. The former bodyguard of
Y2J Chris Jericho, has been seen in the area in quite some time and fans may not
recognize him as Hughes is in the best physical condition of his life. Also
signed for the event is a non-sanctioned, No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere, No Time Limit Lights Out Match for the NWA Pro
East Championship as defending
champion Judas Young puts his title on the line again against a man who I has
become his most feared challenger and that is the mastodon known as FRANCIZ!!!

After a few year absence the number 1 wrestling convention returns to The
Holiday Inn in Totowa NJ for its 15th Anniversary!!
The Fan Slam Wrestling Fan Festival 15th Anniversary Convention takes place on
June 21st at the Holiday Inn in Totowa, NJ from 8:30 AM to 5 P.M. Appearing live
at this event include TOMKO, AL SNOW, NICK DINSMORE (Formerly Eugene), SCOTT
TAYLOR (Formerly Scotty 2 Hotty), JOHN CENA SR., DAIVARI, VITO, BILL DEMOTT
(Formerly Hugh Morrus), J.J. DILLON, and KEVIN KELLY. There will also be a ton
of different activities at Fan Slam, including the first ever PRO WRESTLING

are a ton of people claiming to be John Cena. Two even e-mailed me saying its him and apparently in a relationship with a
girl barely out of her teens. My nephew looks up to him as a role model so I find this quite disturbing if it is true. Most
of the other legit wrestlers on there take pictures of themselves with their myspace address so I'm sure its not him. Nonetheless
I think he needs to know that someone is out there claiming to be him and saying he's dating a very young girl.

Today Im not in the mood to talk about me instead im going to talk about
someone I respected and liked in the wrestling business. I came home today
from school checked out the website and was informed that Doug Gentry had
passed away today at the age of 34. I had talked to Doug about a week or two
ago and a month ago I learned that he had been sick and was immediately
taken to the hospital. I talked to Doug recently to see how he was doing. He
said he was fine and I told him I was going into college he was happy for me
and told me the following. "Stick With it you'll do great" That was a great
comment and I cant believe that was the last thing he said to me. He died
this morning and just its a very sad sad day. I first met Doug about one
year ago at this convention in Long Island I have the Story here in the
January of last year. I had wanted to work for their company him and RF
video were running and I finally had a chance to talk to him. I actually had
the honor to play against him in a game of Submission as it was me and Team
DOI consisting of Me The Mic LC Johnny 5 and I believe someone else against
Rob,Doug,Pete, Chris , and Tyshion. IT was a fun game with me and Chris
being the final competitors before Chris beat me. I had fun that day and
just I kept in contact with Doug after I left. He told me that I could help
out at the Pro Wrestling Elite show which is also on this journal too. HE
gave me my big break. I got to meet AJ Styles, Eddie Kingston,Chris Hero,
Chris Sabin, Jay Lethal, The Briscoes, and others. I also appeared in two
promos which I relented but Doug said go head it'll be good. I always
enjoyed his works on the shoot interviews as he had a great voice and added
banter so it wasnt boring. I talked to him last week and just its scary this
thing called death. So Rest in peace Doug I hope I can make it to the
funeral thanks a lot for everything.
