June 19, 2010 Batista's final appearance on WWE programming was
the May 24th
edition of WWE Raw in which the company did an angle where he "quit"
on-screen after losing
to John Cena in an "I Quit" Match at WWE's
Over The Limit pay-per-view. In reality, his contract
was up and he
didn't re-sign. Sources from Batista's camp have indicated he'll be
back to finish
up his WWE career but based on Batista's comments
last night, that may have changed.
April 2010 Triple H is filming two WWE Film movies in
the next few months. He is currently filming Killing Karma, the
part originally slated for Batista. In the summer he will be filming a comedy entitled The Chaperone
about a ex-con who chaperones his daughter's class trip.

WWE has announced that Dave Batista will be returning to television next Monday night to
make a "career altering announcement."
Batista is 40 year old ...and has been out of
action since June when he underwent surgery to repair a torn left biceps. Batista
defeated Randy Orton to capture his first WWE title at Extreme Rules on June 7th but was attacked by Legacy on Raw the next
night on Raw. He has been out of action for 4 months
In the time that he's been away from the ring, Batista
has been traveling and doing some acting, filming scenes for an independent movie titled "The Wrong Side Of Town"
with former WWE superstar Rob Van Dam. ______________

Batista is making an appearance at the GNC Store in the Toronto Eaton Center on Saturday, June 21st, from 11:00 am-1:30
pm, and from 2:30-5 pm.

Bryan Alvaraz is reporting that Batista has requested time off and may be out of action until WWE Summerslam. The
reason is unknown but not believed to be Wellness Policy related.

Batista has admitted in his new
biography that he is dating Melina and that was that cause of his divorce from his wife. She claimed they were sleeping together
while they were still married, but he says that that isn't true. After they split, Batista and Melina started to date
each other.

I categorically deny a report on ESPN.com, and repeated by other media outlets, that I am or ever have
been a customer of Signature Pharmacy of Orlando, an on-line pharmacy company that is a target of an investigation by
the Albany, New York District Attorney's Office.
I am being tested regularly by the WWE, and I am in
full compliance with the WWE Wellness Program.
I regret the inaccurate reporting, and I will do all I can
in the future to stop any publication or anyone from making such false accusations.

Batista had to forfeit his belt because
he would be out for shoulder surgery for close to a year. He said a sad goodbye in 2005 to his fans promising to return and
re-gain the title belt once more.
He never really lost it to any one.
