Kurt Angle was hurt this past Monday in Seoul, South Korea after a botched bodyslam. He was dropped on his head and neck.
He is taken off TNA house shows but is expected to wrestle at TNA Sacrifice tomorrow.

Kurt Angle's attorney Mike Santicola told Pittsburgh's WTAE-TV that he does not believe there's a basis for the DUI charges
brought against the TNA champion last Friday. Santicola stated the police have "no firsthand knowledge of him operating
a vehicle and they don't have any evidence of him operating a vehicle while intoxicated."

Kurt Angle's attorney Mike Santicola said Angle refused the blood test on the advice of his agent, whom the wrestler
called while police were at the house.
Santicola also denied that Angle failed the field sobriety test and said his client may be targeted because he is a
celebrity.

the general manager of Smackdown earlier this year. It was a gimmick he absolutely hated.
